My two cents worth. It's a 'protective' guy thing. Harmless but annoying.

It's been one of those days ,woke up late up 6.30am as opposed to 5.30am,out the door in 5 minutes flat .Get to work to discover I've forgot my wallet and more importantly my sandwiches and juice ,get pulled by the fuzz to discover that one of the trailer tyres has blown .2 hours waiting for a repair .Late into a depot ,get tipped ,off up the road stopped by the fuzz again for a routine check ..another hour wasted .And eventually get back to home depot at 5pm ,cycling home and get stopped by the fuzz for a 3rd time (back light wasn't flashing properly ) let off with a warning and then get on to the bike path and promptly get knocked off the bike by an over enthusiastic retriever, it was obviously my fault for slowing down to let it go past ,finally get home and decide on soup the bloody microwave decides to pack in *beep* it I'll go for a chippy ,just wondering does anyone want to dump anything else on to me tonite feel free .

We got told today we have about 2 months before redundancies start. So 2 months plus notice, not too bad

At least you know where you stand now ..
Place I'm working out of has issued redundancy notices today ,the guys have been offered a job at the Cumbernauld site or redundancy ,guess thats ok as far as it goes, but this firm want this current depot/site closed by the 23rd December the word of the day there is B******s really glad I'm self employed don't fancy being around there over the next couple of weeks ...

Urgh I'm sooooooooo tired.

Vitalic is on at work tonight and it'll be amazing but I really can't be doing with the 5am finish when I need to meet my mum at noon tomorrow. And go back to work tomorrow evening.

Christmas shopping done and dusted .Total time in shops 5 minutes and that was just for selection boxes all now wrapped up and sitting under a tree .The amount of grief I get for forgetting these is amazing

Also forgetting Birthdays is always a no no, but being lucky all 3 daughters are December bairns first of which was yesterday one on Wednesday and the last one on Christmas eve oh lucky me

I just did something either really stupid or really smart. Not sure yet..

I wish I could stop eating like a bad mannered monkey just to prevent me from suffocating on my food.
