OH MY SWEET LORDS

Didn't know about this show!!!

(I'm such a bad fan)

But this is AMAZING.

Tori playing with an orchestra is like the bestest thing that could happen on this musical world :o

Oh My.

I have now so many vids to watch

Are there any good quality audio recordings?!
(will check that on the tori forum)

THANK YOU J. for pointing that out. I'd be a very less happy girl without this

Haha, no. A friend asked me when I was getting tattoos but that was for another reason...
Even if the author is right, the good thing about never being fashionable is that you can never go out of fashion.

Hey Tori fans,

We have some exciting news to report. Tori has a new album titled Night of Hunters set for September release. The album will coming out via the world’s most celebrated classical label, Deutsche Grammophon.

Here’s how Tori describes the new record:
"It's a 21st century song cycle inspired by classical music themes spanning over 400 years. I have used the structure of a song cycle to tell an ongoing, modern story. The protagonist is a woman who finds herself in the dying embers of a relationship. In the course of one night she goes through an initiation of sorts that leads her to reinvent herself allowing the listener to follow her on a journey to explore complex musical and emotional subject matter. One of the main themes explored on this album is the hunter and the hunted and how both exist within us.”

Hear exclusive tracks from Night of Hunters via the website and email soon.

I really wanted to go to the Glasgow date but being at work at 9 this morning meant I had virtually no chance of a close seat by the time I got online. It'll be eBay or nothing for me! I suppose I have Kate Walsh the week after so I'd best lay off the Glasgow trips - hope everybody got what they wanted though!

Ah bums! I thought about asking you but decided that would have been a bit cheeky when it already sounded like you'd made plans to go with your pals. Maybe I'll still make it. Thanks for the retrospective offer anyway! :smt023

Awwww! I would have gone with you then. It's Tori though, so once she's on stage you don't care if anyone's with you or not! I'll be making a similarly solo trip to a gig next week so you have my sympathies!
