Nat, do not hesitate, go and see her on Sunday night!
Dorothy will recover from flying home alone, she's a grown-up, and this gig won't stop you from spending nice time with your cousin during the afternoon, so GO GO GO please!! :D

Honestly, that's UNFAIR.

I work my arse off all year long, and the only period I chose to take some time of holidays and relaxation is the time she decides to come to Paris, which she had NEVER DONE before after only a year of a gig in Paris... :smt009

AAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH :smt013

I got quite excited then, her website said she's playing in "Manchester" on the 11th, but it's a Manchester in America

OMG!
Quote:
NEW DVD: Tori Amos: Live from the Artists Den Limited-Edition DVD
Available July 13. Pre-order now exclusively at BarnesAndNoble.com

On a cold December night in New York City, Tori Amos played a private solo concert for one hundred fans at the historic Park Avenue Armory, an immense historical landmark built in the late 19th century as both a military facility and a social club. Described as "Greek, Moresque, and Celtic with a dash of the Egyptian, the Persian, and the Japanese," the Armory's ornate Veterans Room provided a fitting setting for Tori's intimate performance.

Tori Amos: Live from the Artists Den captures this once-in-a-lifetime performance featuring both hits and fan favorites spanning Tori's catalogue, from her 1991 debut Little Earthquakes to her 2009 album Abnormally Attracted to Sin – including two songs not shown in the television broadcast.

DVD FEATURES:
- DVD of full private concert recorded at Park Avenue Armory on December 9, 2009 – including two songs not shown in TV broadcast
- full 20-minute Tori interview with music journalist Alan Light
- tour of Veterans Room with Tori and the head of the Armory
- 34-page hardbound book package
- a postcard print handwritten by Tori

Watch a clip of the DVD at theartistsden.com.

Pre-order the DVD now at BarnesAndNoble.com.

I didn't know about it!!!!

So SO happy to have a new DVD with recent live footage :D :D :D

With husby's blessing, I've just bought my ticket to see Tori after all :mrg: :mrg: :mrg:

This means 1000 kilometers to do on a train, 200 euros, being far from the stage, leaving the place of my holidays, but... yeah, Im so so so happy!!!! :D
