You may find a promo for the Missy album downstairs in Mr Cd across from selectadisc.
They have had it in but they may have not got more.
As the album is out soon Music and video exchange and rhythm records (?) may have "second hand" copys.
Steve's sounds just off Leicester Square is also worth a look for the promo.
Not seen any of the promo cd/dvd packages though...

Wow - thanks for the uber-helpful post, Lorne. That's my lunchbreak meanderings sorted out, then!

No - I like to have the item in my hand. I'm a bit old-fashioned that way. Though as our house slowly disappears under a mound of CDs I might have to rethink that strategy.

I use CD WOW for all my cd's - very cheap (well by Irish standards, robbing bast*rds here when it comes to CD's) and veeerrrry efficient.
They have the album if anyone is looking for it..

I don't know if this has already been posted, but the music pages on Channel 4 teletext have an interview with Missy today. Page 353 or something like that.

Hmm. Tour round record shops of Soho only turned up the EP in HMV for 10.99 on import! I'm not paying that, so it might have to wait a bit!

On the upside - I did find a copy of Gemma Hayes - Night On My Side in Selectadisc for 4.99!!!

HEY GUYS

I know this is short notice so I'm not expecting anything but if anyone knows of any spares flying about for Saturday's gig at Tut's then PULLEEEEASE let me know, only got round to going over to Tut's this evening to find it was sold out, I should have known!

GAH!

Aww no :( I didn't think it was sold out. You could maybe give Avalanche Records a try later today and/or Saturday. They've had spare tickets to quite a few Tuts gigs recently. They normally have a little sign up in the window if they do or if you ask at the counter.
