Not music related at all. Pick your favourite 3 gig moments. Also not relating to after gig meetings.

1. Fat Sams. 2007. Powercut.
2. Sneaky Petes, Edinburgh 2010, dedicating a song while pointing at me and Angela, and high 5-ing us on her way offstage.
3. Princes Street Gardens Edinburgh 2011. The microphone headbutt.

Yeah, it was the first gig she'd played any DF stuff for and a pretty big deal. LOADS of forumers were there. She comes on, starts up little favours, and the lights go out

The one gig I've been to was flawless. I think KTness was in abundance.
Wait. How about a jaw dropping as Kenny, Sam, and Luke took a walk outside
and passed in front of us before the gig started. Does that count?

Anything else is experiencing events vicariously through forumers.

Three moments during her show in Argentina (2008), the only one i've seen:

1. She told that an Argentine fan phoned her to the hotel at the afternoon (some hours before the show) while she was sleeping... She related the telephone dialogue:

- Trr trr...
- KT TUNSTALL???!!!!!
- Can i help you?
- KT Tunstall???
- Hello?
- Tuuuuu...

2. When she changed her boots on stage... while Arnie talked in Spanish...

3. She read a little paper: "Perdón mi español es una mi*rda" ("Sorry, my Spanish is a sh*t") :mrg:

She's had very few technical f-ups when I've seen her (False starts to Walk Like An Egyptian at Wolves 08 and BHATCT when they thought the sound was rubbish) so its all post gig:

1. First time I met her post gig - talking about how short Ian Brown was because someone said she was "wee tiny"

2. Signing my mates "Pets with Tourettes" book - she will literally sign anything (Ham Sandwiches and Bottles of Gaviscon included!!)

3. Asking for my number  - ok only incase KT wants to use any gig pictures

Number one has to be me being the first person worldwide to get a signed copy of the Christmas cd.

Number two would be when she tried to amputate her finger on a broken guitar string and asked if anyone in the audience had a plaster-much to her surprise someone did,it got passed down to the front then Arnie had to apply it.

Number three would be the Newcastle City Hall gig on the night of the rugby world cup final and the gag that Johnny Wilkinson had the tickets for the two empty seats in the front row.

I've only seen her once up till now (in Brussels, March 14), but what I really liked from live-footage I've seen on the internet was the "fun fact" section. Too bad she doesn't do that anymore...
I think, on that show, my fav moment was when she hurt her thumb during OSOTW and described it as "the worst rock 'n roll injury ever" with tons of blood :p
Or on Mdm. Trudeaux when she asked if anyone was called Margareth. And a guy yelled: YES! And then she went: "Ow, that was a guy. Just for tonight, ha?" Haha. Nailed it!

Oooh, tough to narrow it down to three...and not count pre/post gig stuff, but here are a few:

1. Feb. 2007, The Flamingo, Las Vegas My first time seeing her live, sitting at a table right in front. It was an odd solo gig where she'd do a song and then take questions from the audience. People were asking stupid stuff like "Being from St Andrews, you must love golf, right?" She had been nominated for a Grammy, and posted here that she might be a last minute performer. I worked up my nerve and said, "I have a question from the forum..." Her eyes lit up and she asked "Really?" with a huge smile. I almost forgot the question at that point, but managed to ask if she would perform at the ceremony. She still hadn't heard back at that point, but right before setting up Black Horse she gave me a wink and said, "We'll consider this a Grammy's warm-up, shall we?".

2. July 2007, Highline Ballroom, NYC We flew to New York to see KT twice in three days. After waiting for hours in line, I hurried to grab a good spot at the stage. I started chatting to the girl next to me who had also come in from out-of-state. Turns out it was Noris!! We had such a blast, singing along to all the new DF songs. KT gave us several winks, stuck her tongue out at us a couple times, and pelted us with guitar picks. I might have yelled that I loved her "Glasgow Rocks" belt.

3. May 2011, Tractor Tavern, Seattle KT described Uummannaq as ‘beautiful and frightening’ to which a woman yelled, “So are you!” “I’M beautiful and frightening? Love that! I’m gonna get a t-shirt that says ‘Hi, I’m beautiful and frightening. Not pretentious at all, just beautiful and frightening.”
