And explain to me why you need to be dieting Kim???

I'm not really dieting, I'm just laying off on the candy/crisps (well not obviously) and other bad stuff. I don't just wanna be not fat, I'd like to be lean too, so I can wear dresses, and actually like myself in them :D

Fair enough...I was gonna say that you definitely cannot be classified as fat :smt023 Cheese and ice-cream is my downfall :smt009 but if I don't buy them then i don't crave after them. Ditto the wearing clothes that you like the look of yourself in - still trying to rid my wardrobe of all the old crap I used to wear.

I wanted to make a comment there, but seeing as this is a family friendly board and I can't clean it up enough, it's going to be stuck in my mind (and baring I come from a Nursing background, you can probably fill in the blanks for the comment lol)

I'm in soooo much pain! Because of all the coughing I've done the past fortnight, I think I've strained a few muscles but today's the first time it hurt when just simply breathing and moving! Probably Zumba last night didn't help matters. But dad offered to bind me, but want to keep that as a last resort...

Yeah but by not saying anything, you'd be holding something back.... which would then prove me right :p

Well, I mean it! It was really useful, a lot of men will be greatful for me being able to save their balls if necessary! :p

But on a more serious note, it is really important for diagnosing testicular cancer and prostate cancer to know what is normal and what's not.

Crap there was something else... You distracted me!

Oh I remember! What was actually ridiculous was the 20 year old instruction video in which the actor hopped on the examination bed with his whole business slinging happily back and forth, and then the phrase that we immediately cancelled today: 'I am now ready for you to present your penis to me'

Now THAT was utterly wrong!
