Bad Habits...

Time to confess everyone!

Let's all share the bad habits we exhibit. I fancy it will be good to confess them and maybe fix some of them :wink:

Welll....let's see.

I bite my nails. A lot. Sometimes if I am nervous, but usually if I am bored (i.e. sitting in class)

I eat too munch junk food.

I smoke...especially when I am upset or nervous. I've been cutting back quite a bit but if something in my life is stressing me out, I totally chain smoke.
Prime example: last week, with Valentine's approaching, my recent ex, who told me she still wants to be friends, doesn't respond to me at all (all I was asking was how she was...), and I find out she has a NEW bf, less than a month after dumping me and right in time for Valentine's Day. I spent the weekend utterly and completely single.

Whoa that last one was a bit of a rant...but I figured it deserved an explanation...

mmm... i'm pretty straighforward and say things that i should probably keep to myself (although sometimes is a good thing)
and i can't think of anything else right now

I'm horrendous for nail-biting. I do it when I'm impatient, not even when I'm nervous or anything!
I'm terrible for taking the piss out of my boyfriend as well, I do it alll the time. Dunno how he puts up with me!
I've not had a sleeping routine for 3 years.
I've not done work properly for 2 years which is a horrendous habit and is finally catching up with me.
