Philly's closer than Pittsburgh but the date doesn't work. Hoping for a miracle.

OK..is the omission of Arizona a statement? Because I can understand that, although it's very disappointing and frustrating. Very nice weather in January, tho....p'raps you can reconsider...? :smt034

I would not believe it is a statement. The tour is following along the general path it usually has taken.

The tone of my post was not nearly as light as it should have been. The concert season here in AZ has been somewhat sparse. Several artists I like have stated that they'd be skipping us on their tours because of Senate bill 1070. I suppose it's just as likely that it's not all that much fun playing outdoors in 104 degrees!

I would certainly make the trek to Las Vegas to see KT's concert. It's 300 miles away...five hours, give or take, in the car...but I'll admit, it would be a real EVENT if KT plays a local gig. Unfortunately I don't know that everyone in my "crew" will be able to schlep to Vegas for the night with me!

I used to live in DC...I'm jealous! The 9:30 Club is the perfect venue for KT. :smt034

I used to live in Phx and have been following the reactive silliness that's
been happening, so I understand where you are coming from.
Hope you can make it to Vegas, a shorter trip than SD or LA.

I am clearly a huge moron. Here I am saying "Vegas, Vegas." There is no listed concert date in Vegas.

Somehow I mistook the word "Reno" for "Las Vegas." They are, after all, so similar. Reno, as it turns out, is wayyyyyyyyy the hell further out from Phoenix than Vegas. Of course it is.

Ah well...we make lemonade. I've never been to San Diego...

The ONE AND ONLY TIME I am not going to be in Philly this autumn. Really? The day after Thanksgiving, KT? Sigh. :(
