White Bird was gorgeous! I was singing along and Arnulf caught me goofing up a part of a chorus and we both laughed, it was kind of embarrasing yet fun that we shared a laugh. I was glad to have a picture taken with him after the show. I had a hard time not feeling him up :smt005

:smt005 Classic!

 @ the Pose Down photos....love Shawna's with the little :smt109

Speaking of Ms Shawna, can't believe you hadn't been to a KT gig before - I thought you would've got to one before I did! Now you can revel in the experience like the rest of us. :smt023 Cheers also for the BoU video, listening now...still jealous that I haven't heard that one live yet myself.

- KT Tunstall, Commodore Ballroom, May 11.

Proving that powerful things can come in small packages, the diminutive Scottish singer KT Tunstall gave the sold-out crowd at the Commodore a performance not to be forgotten soon.

Taking the stage with her four-piece band, she began the show with Miniature Disasters off her first album, Eye to the Telescope, then switched immediately to the latest release, Drastic Fantastic, with the lead song, Little Favours.

Throughout the 90-minute concert she blended selections from both albums and with almost every song came a guitar change. She joked with the audience non-stop, at one point introducing one guitar named Barbara to the crowd, and another time commenting on "what an interesting fragrance someone at the front is wearing, it smells like Weed."

The band backed her up with vocals, keyboards, acoustic guitar, standup bass and drums. The last time she was here it was with only Luke Bullen, her drummer and fiancé. At one point they left her alone on the stage to perform Paper Aeroplane.

Almost every song was set up with her telling a little story either about the song or some incident from her touring. The crowd responded enthusiastically to the whole performance, singing along, jumping up and down, with perhaps the biggest cheers for the hit song, Black Horse and the Cherry Tree, and the final song of the set, Suddenly I See. They came back to deliver a rousing three-song encore that ended with Stoppin' the Love.

No word on upcoming tours yet, but you've come to the right place. We post info in the "KT Live" section as soon as we hear it.

Welcome! :smt039
