Hey, my PM folder is saying that there is a PM held because the folder is full. I have deleted messages and clicked the button it says to retrieve the held PM but nothing happens.... anyone know what to do??

Maybe the person deleted it in its outbox?

I've had the same problem once, and I asked in the 'Questions you need answered'-thread, but it's disappeared because a lot of posts got deleted again.
If I remember correctly though, you should go to your settings, and then near the bottom you have three options you can select for when your inbox is full. The top one says: delete oldest message when inbox is full (or something like that) and I think it should work if you select that one.

If you still can't open your pm you better pm James, I know he knows, or knew at least when I had the trouble, but I can't really remember myself!
