Where she goes next will be interesting.

I can't wait to see what happens next - the fact she's been quiet on Twitter etc makes me sort of excited knowing that she's about to devote more time to the animation film/soundtrack project with Jim Abbiss once she's done with IE//CM touring in Australia and New Zealand in a few months. Hope she'll find some way of maybe giving us just a few songs and gigs to keep us going every now and then :)

I actually don't think she's doing anything. She did say something before about taking a break.

Some of us are now lurking with less frequency. I didn't want to get to a point where I was carrying on conversations with myself. :smt043

I suppose in 'the old days' this would have been discussed before, but after seeing Vic Galloway's book 'Songs in the Key of Fife' a few times in bookshops, I actually picked it up the other day, and there are two chapters devoted to KT - the first focusing on her early bands and music, and the second on the rise of her career, both packed with quotes from KT herself. It does make an interesting read (and look if you find the pictures... )

Thanks for the information, I'll be getting that book soon. I wish there were more books about KT. I hope one day we will get a biography, though I'd be happy with a book of photos.

And I was thinking , wouldn't it be great if kt did a nerina style 12 month ep thing?
One can dream...
Btw, how well did IECM do sales wise? Better than TS? I just feel like her management company have kinda forgotten about her etc.. And I wondered if it was to do with that ...sorry I'm just getting late night kt feels

I'm not 100% she's with the same management.

While the album sales might not have been brilliant, her tour sold really well so I think she's still coining it in.

Anyone looked at her FB page recently? Seems to be getting spammed by someone who posts regularly calling her a psycopath...they're not being nice...

I went to that person's FB page and this person appears to spend (her?) life posting vile crap about a number of popular artists. Sort of reminds me of the Westboro Baptist Church who spends their time spreading vile hatred at innocent people. Sadly there is probably little that can be done, beyond KT blocking her from posting. Probably better to just let this person post their crap and expose her to everyone.

What. the. hell.

Had a look at her page and she does seem to have it in for a lot of people but she's really got something against KT. She's posting like she seems to know her. But she is quite clearly a grade-A looney.

Also she's saying there's hardly any Australian tourdates..so maybe she's just really p*ssed about that?

I've reported her page to facebook.
