When KT was on the Paul O'Grady show and when they're talking about when a kid is upfront at a gig. Just the way she says "the child" was soo hilarious.

"I love cake!"

YES! and "my tongue will stay in place all night!" :smt005
and probably from behind the scenes of hold on "every night, i would cry myself to sleep 'if only i had a KT lightbulb sign reflected in a black linolium floor!'" which led to a whole series of funny events

That song is just totally magical, I agree it can totally take you off this world! Lol.

One of my faves is during the MacSorley's gig when she was telling us about her trip to the Teacake factory going like:

The tourguide was totally like Willy Wonka, and then he said *insert heavy scottish accent* 'You can now stick your finger into the chocolate waterfall'
And then proceeding to tell us that she double-dipped resulting in someone having her saliva in their chocolate wafer

I love this woman

"Nobody dumps in Manchester!"
Manchester Ritz gig, October '10, when asking whether anybody got dumped recently as an intro to her positive break-up song, Come On, Get In.

Same gig, at one point this person in the crowd went: 'KT!!!!' to which KT went 'YOU!! Steve... Or... Sara!!!' and apparently the girls name WAS Sara, to which KT was totally flabbergasted. Then she went on to tell a story of her and the band watching the Oscars whilst over in the States after a gig there, and that she'd been watching Jennifer Garner in this amazing white dress to which she said: 'God it would just be so unfortunate if she'd fall over in that dress............BOOOOM!!! There she went. I'm a f*cking witch!!!!!'

In Brighton, March '11, when they were playing Still a Weirdo and she suddenly started laughing so bad she missed words because apparently Steve and I were clapping out of sync with Rej. She told us afterwards that they'd previously discussed what an odd rhythm it actually was and then we went and proved it  We got it right in Brussels though and you can see her laughing in one of the YouTube videos of it too

In Bath last week, being totally surprised and overwhelmed she dedicated BHATCT to this forum and its nutjob inhabitants.

I was actually looking for a thread I thought we used to have on KT quotes, but then I figured this would do as well. Please do bump it should anyone find it, I'll go and think of some good quotes in the meantime!!
